Guest Communication Officer (Reservation cum Operator)

Job Descriptions
  • Reservation cum telephone operator duties.
  • Handling telephone enquiries and accountable for all operations in relation to the Switchboard and guest message delivery.
  • Answer incoming calls and assist with reservations, confirmation, room need requests and provides information about hotel services to guests.
  • Providing an efficient, friendly and warm wake-up call service to the guest as and when required. 
  • Any other suitable tasks as and when assigned by superior.
Job Requirements
  • Applicants must possess at least SPM or Certificate in Hotel Management or equivalent. 
  • Relevant working experience in the Hospitality industry.
  • Service and customer oriented.
  • Mature personality, versatile in performing multi tasks.
  • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. 
  • Knowledge of other languages and dialects is an added advantage.
  • Willing to work on shift/overnight.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.
