Job Descriptions

Description of Duties

  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information .
  • Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.
  • Project coordination with client and in-house team to ensure timely execution of project, within budgeted cost and quality.
  • Make sure that clients' needs are met as projects evolve.
  • Oversee project procurement management.
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
  • Post mortem analysis upon completion of each project.
Job Requirements

Preferred Qualifications / Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Mass Communications / Business Management.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in event management or exhibition related industry.
  • Structure thinking and planning skills.
  • Good interpersonal skill.
  • Effective communication skill.
  • Working with discipline, independent and responsibility on duty.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel.
  • Full-time position available.

Expected Start Date: 30/09/2020

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
