Administrative Clerk

Company: Property Management Company.

Location: Subang Jaya, Selangor.

Job Scope:

  • To perform data entry for all the bills, documents, charges, etc.
  • To generate invoice.
  • To solve owners’ inquiry regards payment, charges, etc.
  • To do proper filing and make sure the documents are kept up to date.
  • To assist in administrative duties.
  • Any other duties to be assigned form time to time.
Job Requirements
  • Certificate in business studies or LCCI level.
  • Less than a year working experience in account admin field.
  • Must able to communicate in Mandarin or Chinese dialects.
  • Able to work in Subang Jaya area.
  • Willing to work 5 ½ days week.
