Personal Assistant to CEO

Work location: Solaris, Mont Kiara KL

Company business: Online Game & eSport

Job Scope:

  • To perform PA roles to support CEO on a daily basis included non-office hours for urgent tasks.
  • Respond to emails and phone calls.
  • Schedule meetings manage a contact list.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, questions and concerns.
  • Handle travel, accommodations, meal arrangement for CEO.
  • Assist CEO in drafting, typing, compiling and preparing documents as assigned.
  • Perform market research.
  • Address employees administrative queries.
  • Coordinate media requests.
  • Undertake special assignments and related duties.
  • Assist in CEO/MD personal tasks such as picking up dry cleaning, restaurant reservation, getting coffee, scheduling personal appointments, etc.
  • Any other duties to be assigned from time to time.

 

 

 

Job Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in secretaryship or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant/Secretary or relevant role.
  • Familiar with technologies such as desktop sharing, cloud service, VoIP, etc.
  • Language required: Korean and English or Mandarin and English.
  • Typing speed and good in using MS Office.
  • Experience in online calendars and scheduling.
  • Excellent in time management, organizational skills.
  • Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills.
  • Able to travel whenever request.
  • Able to work after work hours/ weekends / Public Holiday when needed.
  • Prefer female below 30 years old.
