Job Descriptions

Primary responsibilities

-          Oversee day-to-day operations, which include team and staff management, assigning tasks, leading meeting and implementing initiatives according to management decision.

-          Establish performance and development goals for team members and provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to enhance performance

-          Setup, review and update SOP for all operation related policy.

-          Preparing performance report on weekly and monthly basis

Job Requirements

-          Experience in managing role

-          Understanding the industry trends, insights and competitors

-          Individual must be able to independently operate in changing market environment and also have the ability to manage a team.

-          Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with ability to interact and built strong relationships across team and high management.

-          Able to read and write in Chinese, BM, and English

-          Able to be reallocated to work in abroad.
