Job Descriptions
  • Managing Store and Inventory including, receiving of incoming and issuing of outgoing inventories, direct stock / goods, Security and 5 S housekeeping, including labelling, arrangement and cleanliness.
  • Monitoring the minimum and maximum stock and inventory level and replenishment based on company standard and policies.
  • To assist in sourcing and purchasing activities of direct and non-stock items including sourcing of new suppliers, negotiation for favourable terms, pricing, payment and quality.
  • To ensure on the timely delivery of orders.  
  • To prepare, update, Recording and Reporting using SAP System according to company standard and policies.
  • To liaise and coordinate with stakeholders including internal users i.e. all departments, HODs and external suppliers / contractors with regards to new orders, complaints, reject material, delivery, quality and related matters to ensure on the smooth operations.
  • To conduct Vendor Evaluation Rating on yearly basis.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma / Certificate on relevant field preferably in Store/Warehouse Management
  • Minimum 1-year experience in this field
  • Computer proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of SAP System
  • Able to converse and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Able to work independently and good team player
  • Candidates with knowledge of mechanical / lorry spare parts / experienced in land transport store /purchasing environment would be an advantage.
