Pre Sales Consultant

This is the Permanent Position with EC Council
Gathers and assesses customers’ business and technical needs.
Build high-level design cyber security solutions
Define methodology and approach of the project
Supports Sales team with solution advice, proposals, presentations, and other customer communications.
Attend meetings with clients as a technical representative for presentations and understanding clients’ requirements
Work closely with different principals for preparing technical and commercial proposals
Identify project risks and define the risk mitigation approaches
Adapts solution design to new requirements.
Identifies the growth path and scalability options of a solution and includes these in design activities.
Builds customer trust through being a trusted technical advisor.
Bachelor’s degree or in engineering, IT, business administration or any other related degrees
Experiences in Presales roles in cyber security field (Experience in SIEM solutions presales is an advantage)
Excellent presentation and communication skills (English is required, Bahasa, Chinese or any other languages are an advantage)
Attention to detail, plus analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Deep understanding of project management.
Skills of preparing technical presentation decks
Being updated about new technologies in the market in the field of cyber security
