Job Descriptions


  • Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
  • Coordinating Meeting Room Reservations.
  • Attending to walk in customers.
  • Do research.
  • Assist General Manager and make his schedule.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, following up to ensure resolution.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas.
  • Inform customers of latest deals and promotions.
  • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
  • Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
  • Passing inquiries to the superior.
  • Research on the potential markets.
  • Find new companies and update database.
  • Asking question to understand customer requirements and close sales.
  • Assisting the management and accomplishing daily tasks.
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
  • Generate Marketing ideas to grow the business.
  • Assist the team in creating and maintaining company websites.


Job Requirements


  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or any equivalent.
  • At least 2 years’ of working experience in the related field.
  • Self-motivated and a team player.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to utilise social media and web applications to support market activity and corporate image.
  • Mature personality with good leadership and social skills, able to work under pressure, multi-tasking and have good communication skills.
  • Highly motivated, systematic, efficient and willing to take challenges.
