Job Descriptions

Benefits:
-Basic salary: RM3300-RM3800 + Complexity allowance RM500
-Annual leave (28 days)
-Paid training provided
-Reachable by KTM, MRT, LRT, Monorail (KL Sentral station)

 

Responsibilities:
-Respond professionally to social media messages & enquires from client
-Identify customer needs & help customers solve the problems
-Be familiar with all policy, processes and product knowledge & escalation paths
-Follow protocol & adhere to guideline

Job Requirements

-Degree fresh graduates are welcome to apply
-Diploma holder need to have min 1 year call center working experience
-SPM holders with 3 years & above working experience in call center
-Proficient in both Traditional & Simplified Mandarin (Writing & Reading)
-Fluent in Cantonese & English
-Possess own transport is preferred
-Able to work 24 hour rotational shift (9 hour per shift including 1 hour break)
-Able to work 5 rotational days per week
