Job Descriptions


  • Report to Manager/Director
  • Sales lead identification and management, sales visit, quotation preparation, confirmation of service agreement, close the sale Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns promote products and services.
  • To plan for yearly sales/marketing target
  • To execute business development plan, program and activities Maintain and develop existing customer relationship and business Market intelligence collection, analysis and reporting for market trend Conducting research and analysing data to identify and define audiences, propose and review pricing strategy Organize marketing seminar and event
Job Requirements


  • Possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
  • 3-4 years working experience in any Certification Body in Malaysia
  • Possess knowledge about ISO and other Malaysian standard and application field
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia Candidates with working experience in quality assurance system, certification business, consultancy or hospitality sector would have added advantage.
  • Possess interpersonal and communications skills Possess own transport Able to multi-task and prioritize work Hands on, attention to details and good problem-solving skills
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements

Key Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

At least 3-4 Year(s) of working experience in any Certification Body in Malaysia / the related field is required for this position.

Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
