Designation : Process Associate - BPO Operations (Customer care Representative)
Location : Selangor, Malaysia

We are currently looking for Process Associate for its global Business Process Outsourcing Delivery organization to be based out of Selangor, Malaysia. Successful candidate should be able to provide a high standard of customer service experience to the customer over the phone & emails. The process is operational 24 x 7 on a 5 days a week work window for staff.
Industry: Travel Transportation, Travel Management Company / TMC / Cruises / Airlines Industry (T&T)/Call Center/BPO

Primary Job Responsibilities:
 Handling flight ticket related queries/requests in inbound calls, E-mails etc. for a World Leading international Airlines & giving efficient customer service.
 Responding to customer service inquiries via phone and e- mail.
 Handling inbound calls related to pre / post travel queries from Customers worldwide
 Assisting customer with making a reservation /modification /cancellation & Flight Information
 Providing Excellent Customer Service
 Should understand the business needs and work accordingly in the interest of the organization.
 Act as a team player & co-ordinate with airlines, hotels and other partners to facilitate customer reservations.
Language Proficiency(any one, also need to have writing and reading command on the language)
 English + Mandarin
 English +Cantonese

Graduate in any discipline

Job Requirements

Essential Experience:
 Total experience should be 0-4 years
 Experience in Travel / Airlines industry / Contact Centre / BPO will be an added advantage
