Job Descriptions
  • To manage online store and official stores on marketplaces and grow the distributions further whenever and wherever appropriate.
  • To create an e-Commerce business plan, including feasibility study, P&L management, budget control, inventory management and digital marketing activities.
  • To create strategic digital marketing plan (SEO, social media engagement) to drive traffic and sales conversion, optimise brand visibility and execute the plan timely and effectively.
  • To coordinate necessary graphic designing works and creative visuals/copies for all online stores.
  • Able to manage online platforms (e.g. Lazada, Shopee & etc)
  • Update online stores and manage website content (e.g. banner, price adjustment, promotion & etc)
  • Assisting to manage and handle customer through online platforms (e.g. chat, phone)
  • Assist on prepare monthly sales report across different channels
  • Sales monitoring keep up new online platforms trend and identify new methods for sales campaign.
  • Perform fulfilment and monitoring shipment to ensure parcel delivery time frame as accordance to service level.
  • Active plan, manage and implement various online campaign, activities and strategy for all e-commerce platforms.
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Job Requirements

·         Candidate must possess Diploma/ Degree in any field preferably in Marketing.

·         At least 1-year experience in managing online platforms / marketplaces or in related field is a MUST for this position.

·         Computer literate with knowledge Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point is required.

·         Excellent problem solving and organisational abilities.

·         Ability to work with mid and senior level management, both internal and external.

·         Proactive, strong sense of accountability and open to feedback.

·         Required Language: English, Bahasa Malaysia.
