Job Descriptions

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Sous Chef who can head the kitchen operation with a team of skilled foreign cooks.

Job scope including but not limited to: Leading the team, inventory management, R&D new food, etc. 

Basic remuneration package (Basic+allowance+Extra mile performance+EPF+SOCSO+EIS): RM2200-RM3000 depends on level of skills and experience. 

Quarterly bonus based on performance of overall sales.

Job Requirements

-Experienced Chef de Partie who wants to challenge oneself for the Sous Chef position and eventually be Head Chef.

-Preferably Japanese Cuisine trained. 

-Dedicated and passionate in creating food with crazy ideas.

-Able to lead a team of skilled foreign cooks.
