Job Descriptions
  • You are primarily responsible for the managing and overseeing of our restaurants kitchen operations.
  • Ordering of ingredients and stock-taking.
  • Ensure all areas of kitchen are clean and sanitized including food processing equipment, cooking utensils and other light equipment.
  • Ensure the safe operations of all equipment and report to management of any faulty equipment.
  • Ensure all foods are processed according to the corporate and government regulatory control in hygiene and sanitation standard.
  • Performs any other duties as directed by the Head Chef.
Job Requirements
  • Min 2 years’ experience in the related field
  • Good communicator with leadership qualities
  • Passion for food and culinary arts
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
