The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. 

Job Requirements


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, develop a portfolio of key customers in Telecommunication & ICT industry in Malaysia.
  • Achieve sales revenue target by identifying and securing business opportunities from prospective customers.
  • Formulate account plans for strategic accounts, including comprehensive analysis on customers’ needs with strategic plan of actions to enhance the relationship and drive revenue.
  • Establish and maintain effective business relationship with strategic key accounts.
  • Review and analyse the market situation and report to senior management periodically.
  • Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues and products.
  • Responsible for identifying and qualifying long-term and short-term business opportunities and pro-actively identifying and addressing competitive threats
  • Prepare formal proposals and presentations, present to all levels of the organization including executives, leads negotiations, coordinates complex decision-making processes and overcomes objectives to closure, and close sales in a professional and effective manner
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technical developments and government regulations that effect target markets

  • 3 - 4 years sales experience in Telecommunication & ICT industry with proven sales track record.
  • Sound knowledge in selling telecommunication solutions/ services.
  • Experience in handling key Telco enterprises would be preferred
  • Highly driven individual with an execution focus and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin. Mandarion is a must due to communication with Hong Kong and China.
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Excellent interpesonal, organization, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Positive mindset, result-oriented, high level of initiative and integrity.
  • Willing to travel and possess a car.
