E-Marketing Assistant/ Executive (Chinese Speaker)

Job Descriptions

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for strategizing and developing marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive traffic and revenue on e-Commerce websites.
  • Constantly identify new strategies and approach to increase individual and team achievements.
  • Responsible for conveying a consistent brand image that attracts customers by encouraging sales on the Web.
  • Responsible in facilitate the creation and planning of digital marketing content and assets on the company websites.
  • Oversee and responsible for all online activities such as online enquiries, online chat, to ensure responsiveness to customer requests.
  • Track and manage product listings to ensure product updates, enhancements, options and sunsets are properly and promptly updated in our store and efficiently communicated to channel partners.
  • Assist with online research such as market information, studies website performance, analysis variance reports, web maintenance and troubleshooting for online store.
  • Cold/Warm calling online dealers/prospect dealers to join us online.
  • To be able to build relationships and communicate with customers over the telephone.
  • Provide excellent services to customers including product inquiry, process order, warranty, coordinate with warehouse for delivery, follow up on payment and after sales support
  • Perform any other duties/assignments as assigned by the superior.


Job Requirements

Qualification & Work Experience:

  • Fresh graduate or with 1 year experience in related field.
  • Self-motivated, team player and independent.
  • Able to perform under pressure and long working hours.
  • Good communication skill with positive attitude and service orientated.
  • Good computer skills – Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Salary Range:
RM2500 - RM2500. Remuneration depends on qualification and experience.

Working Hours:
- 9.30am-6.00pm (Monday-Friday)
- 9.30am-1.00pm (Alternate Saturday Half Day Work)
