Sales Coordinator

Job Descriptions

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible to coordinate for the Online and Offline sales activities.

- Generate leads by cold calling, lead generation activities, etc (Database is provided)

- To be able to build relationships and communicate with customers over the telephone.

- Provide excellent services to customers including product inquiry, process order, coordinate with warehouse for delivery, follow up on payment and after sales support.

- Track and manage product listings to ensure product updates, enhancements, options and sunsets are properly and promptly updated in our store and efficiently communicated to channel partners.

- Constantly identify new strategies and approach to increase individual and team achievements.

- Work closely with internal sales and marketing team to ensure responsiveness to customer requests, billing and delivery arrangement.

- Drive sales through tele-marketing.

- Attend customer's feedback and handle customer related inquiries and warranty requisition (RMA process).

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, any field.

- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

- Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.

- High level of attention to detail, deadline orientated, self-motivated and self-starter who can act on own initiative.

- Exceptional communication and writing skills

. - Strong Microsoft Office and advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote and Excel required. Salary Range: RM2,000-RM2,500

Working Hours:

- 9.30am-6.00pm (Monday-Friday) - 9.30am-1.00pm (Alternate Saturday Half Day Work)
