Assistant Sales Manager - Mobile Dot Com

Job Descriptions

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

-  Manage sales operations in assigned district to achieve revenue goals.

-  Supervise sales team members on daily basis and provide guidance whenever needed.

-  Identify skill gaps and conduct training to sales team.

-  Work with team to implement new sales techniques to obtain profits.

-  Conduct employee performance evaluation and provide feedback for improvements.

-  Contact potential customers and identify new business opportunities.

-  Stay abreast with customer needs, market trends and competitors.

-  Maintain clear and complete sales reports for management review.

-  Build strong relationships with customers for business growth.

-  Analyse sales performances and recommend improvements.

-  Ensure that sales team follows company policies and procedures at all times.

-  Develop promotional programs to increase sales and revenue.

-  Responsible in managing existing client accounts and expand new customer base.

-  Manage daily sales operational matters, co-ordinate and execute promotional plan/activities such as company/corporate road shows & events.

Job Requirements


-  Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Marketing or equivalent.

-  At least 5 year(s) of working experience in related industry is required for this position.

-  Good leadership skills, self-motivated, resourceful, sales oriented and result driven with knowledge of customer relationship management and strong drive to achieve sales target.

-  Proven sales track record and a strategic thinker with the ability to penetrate new markets and develop new accounts with our solutions.

-  Have an excellent skills in market analysis, proficient in strategic marketing and sales skills.

-  Ability to work as a team, optimism, self-motivated and independent.

-  Good communication and interpersonal skills.

-  Possess own transport & willing to travel.

Salary Range:

RM4500 - RM6000

Working Hours:

-  9.30am-6.00pm (Monday-Friday)

-  9.30am-1.00pm (Alternate Saturday Half Day Work)

Menara TKSS, Suite 06-07A, 6th Floor,Jalan Segambut 51200 Kuala Lumpur.
