Job Descriptions
  • Dealing directly with customers by phone, email, livechat, or social media.
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Ensures and provides quality service to customers. 
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information.
  • Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints.
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U/Diploma
  • Candidates with 1 or 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field would be an added advantage  
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Fast learner and self-motivate
  • Team-oriented and service minded
  • Able to work on shift, 4 days work a week (based on monthly work schedule)
  • Understanding Basic operation of computer software applications
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English
