Job Descriptions

Controls warehouse inventory by coordinating movement of product as per each account from production to warehouse to delivery.

  • To update data for weekly incoming shipment as per customer, goods description, quantity and volume and request delivery date (RDD).
  • To update everyday IOD report before 4pm, including shipping updating status and email to clients.
  • To inform customer and follow up delivery request date.
  • To update data for new inventory report.
  • Pick-up product by monitoring production, loading and moving product.
  • Follow up with customer for any pending stock.
  • Documents actions by completing forms, reports, logs and records, maintaining databases.
  • To follow-up delivery status and update for incoming vessel ETA, with other branches.
  • To scan POD for every week delivery and courier the original sales copy to clients.
  • To update and action any inquiry from customer.
  • Immediately report for any damage / reject items from customer with incident report and attach relevant documents.
  • Accomplishes distribution and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
  • Issue monthly billing for Transportation delivery charges, Management warehouse storage, Return / Collection transportation charges, Unstuffing and Tally container for branches.
Job Requirements
  •  Able to work independently.
  •  Able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong in both reading and writing English
  • Able to speak in Mandrin is an added advantage
  •  Minimum education Diploma in inventory or warehouse management.
  •  Able to handle operational task and documentation.
  •  Presentable
  •  Good customer service.
  •  Strong in Excel and calculation.
  •  Prefer with 1 years’ experience in warehouse or inventory management.
  •  Knowledge in handling inventory management system would be an advantage.
  •  Willing to work at KKIP Timur jalan tengah, Telipok area.
  •  3 Full time position available.
