JOB VACANCY

 

POSITION - FINANCE ASSISTANT

LOCATION- SECTION 16, SHAH ALAM

SALARY - RM 2000-2500

5 WORKING DAYS ONLY

 

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Candidate MUST possess at least Diploma or Degree in Accounting/ Finance

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia

• Independent, organized and target oriented

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Issue invoice and proforma invoice for advance payment to customer

• Issue debit note and credit note

• Issue manual official receipt for each customer payment

• Key in all receipts and international bank transfer into system

• Updates receivables by totaling unpaid invoices.

• Maintains records by microfilming invoices, debits, and credits.

• Verifies transaction discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, service departments, and from customers;

• Resolves collections by examining customer payment plans, payment history, credit line; coordinating contact with collections department.

• Summarizes receivables by maintaining invoice accounts; coordinating monthly transfer to accounts receivable account; verifying totals; preparing report.

• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.

• Equip oneself with the necessary knowledge about GBCS accounting system

• Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
