· You will be required to Support and work with Head of the department in all aspects of managing to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
· Have a strong knowledge of Product quality checking, Transportation and logistics management and customer care management.
· Maintain product and service quality standards by conducting on-going evaluations.
· Ensure good practices for guests.
· Create an environment which encourage innovation, breakdown hierarchy, challenges thinking in a positive way.
· Be responsible for the quality of operations and ensure that decisions which are made in the best interest of the company.
· Documentations and handling reconfirmations.
· Ability to communicate fluently in English and Sinhala.
· Should possess a pleasant personality and good temperament.
· Should be customer service oriented and possess good interpersonal skills.
· Candidates should be below 30 years.
· Computer literacy with MS office.
· Telephone Skills, Verbal Communication, Microsoft Office Skills, Listening, Professionalism, Client Focus, Organization, Informing Others, Handles Pressure, Phone Skills, Supply Management,
· Flexibility in working hours

· Minimum one year experience in tourism operations will be an added advantage.
