- undertake the task of receiving calls ,
- take message, handling emails,
- knowledge of accounts ,monitor & update daily attendance request & ensure timely submission of all statutory reports such as EPF , SOCSO, EIS , LHDN , HRDF etc ..
- maintaining and regularly updating master data base ( personal file , personal data ) of each employee
- computer literate ( MUST )
- able to prepare invoice ,purchase order, shipping documents and other duties deemed appropriate by the management alert
- hardworking , can be trusted , BE PUNCTUAL & can work independently to perform general administrative and basic clerical tasks manage LMW ( preferred )
- salary RM 1500 ( nego based on experience)
- 5.5days work per week , monday to friday 8am - 5 pm & sat 8am - 1pm .
- english speaking & understanding is a must
