Job Descriptions
  • undertake the task of receiving calls ,
  • take message, handling emails,
  • knowledge of accounts ,monitor & update daily attendance request & ensure timely submission of all statutory reports such as EPF , SOCSO, EIS , LHDN , HRDF etc .. 
  • maintaining and regularly updating master data base ( personal file , personal data ) of each employee 
  • computer literate ( MUST ) 
  • able to prepare invoice ,purchase order, shipping documents and other duties deemed appropriate by the management alert 
  • hardworking , can be trusted , BE PUNCTUAL & can work independently to perform general administrative and basic clerical tasks manage LMW ( preferred ) 
  • salary RM 1500 ( nego based on experience) 
  • 5.5days work per week , monday to friday 8am - 5 pm &  sat  8am - 1pm .
  • english speaking & understanding  is a must
