Job Descriptions
  • Achieve product wise, monthly, quarterly and annual budget by adhering to set work norms.
    -Develop marketing materials suitable from the feedback of Sales & Customers
    -Provide timely reports on brand performances, market analysis and suggest strategies to grow the business
    -Work closely with other departments to identify products to launch and generate revenues for the company
    -Go Fieldwork to better understand what is happening in the market first hand. Obtain market info of competitors, potential launches that may challenge AJ brands of ethical products, opportunities that may arise
    -Collaborate with multiple functional groups, including but not limited to Sales, Regulatory, Business Development, Supply Chain, Legal, and Medical Affairs
    -Propose ideas, strategies, and request support from the BU Head. To work with the system implemented in AJ Pharma. Can make decisions with prior approval (written/text)
Job Requirements
    At least 2-5 years of pharmaceutical and/or healthcare experience
    -Prior pharmaceutical product management and launch experience preferred
    -Strong marketing background in pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry
    -Strong data analysis skill and ability to use market feedback to create good marketing materials
    -Must possess strong leadership traits and great risk assessment skills
