Beacon is a medium-sized boutique hospital equipped with 100 beds and a comprehensive team managed by fully, proficient and experienced healthcare professionals with more than 15 years of experience individually. This plays a critical role in ensuring the quality of treatment delivered often exceeding industry standards. Our success in the establishing and managing our first Cancer Excellence Centre, has inspired us to develop seven other specialty centres, namely the Brain and Spine, Bone and Joint, Eye, Men’s Health and Urology, Women’s Health, Health Screening and Research centres. These specialty centres are anchored by several medical specialists who have more than 20 years of individual experience, with many recognised as thought leaders in their own right, both nationally and internationally.

Job Descriptions
  • Seek opportunities to propose solutions and improvements as related to products/services usage to chinese medical practitionar. 
  • Work closely with chinese medical practitionar to understand customer’s pain points and effectively link product features and benefits to customer’s needs to help promote sales
  • To formulate and undertake any other public relation related activities of the hospital
  • At all times portraying and enhancing a positive image of the hospital
  • Participate and undertakes in all marketing and promotional initiative of events, such as road shows, exhibitions, promotions, both locally and abroad
  • To constantly undergo related trainings, quality initiatives, seminars and conferences as introduced by the Management
  • To undertake any other jobs as may be assigned by the Management from time to time, including out-bound/outstation assignment
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports
  • Responsible for sales and marketing activities for all products/services to chinese medical practitionar
  • Undertake and perform sales and marketing activities, focusing on achieving targeted KPI set for products/services assigned
  • Responsible to introduce and promote BISC and its services to all chinese medical practitionar professionals
  • Manage accounts and meet or exceed targets relating to revenue growth, activities, profit margin, mix of products and services sales, customer retention and customer acquisition
  • Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular meetings and identify and obtain further revenue and business development opportunities
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Excellent communication and inter-personnel skills
  • Preferably with chinese language proficiency
  • Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently and under pressure 
  • Full-Time position(s) available
