Job Descriptions

-          Min 2 years related field experience

-          Courteous, tolerance, responsible, time conscious...

-          Familiar with I.D. Works (eg. office, factories, kitchen..)

-          Sourcing of building materials, contractors…

-          Prepare bills of quantity (B.Q)

-          Work-out each individual project account with filing

-          Prepare claim form – staff claim, sub-con claim, supplier….

-          Work closely with each other as a team (colleague, client, sub-con, supplier….)

-          Knowledge of Auto-CAD software will be priority

-          Based in SS2, PJ

-          Full-time/Part-time are welcome
