· Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements

· Coordinating day-to day running of multiple advertising campaigns and accounts

· Building and maintaining good rapport with clients

· Maintaining an in-depth working knowledge of all client’s products and services

· Pitching/presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification

· Briefing media, creative and research staff, and assisting with the formulation of marketing strategies

· Supervising and coordinating work between the creative and production teams so that the campaign meets deadlines and budget requirements

· Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate, Diploma/Professional Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business Studies, Mass Communicaitons or equivalent

· At least 2-3 years working experience in Advertising, Marketing, PR or related field

· Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both spoken and written)

· Ability to write and speak Mandarin will be an added advantage

· Excellent presentation, listening and consulting skills are vital

· Able to process a wide range of information and communicate it clearly and effectively to the clients or team members they are dealing with

· Good organisational and time management skills

· Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

· Imagination, creativity, flexibility and the ability to learn quickly

· Computer literate with good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) software
