Customer Service Executive
(Petaling Jaya, Selangor )
Job Descriptions
  • In charge of sales ordering & delivering process incluing payment collection.
  • Answer all incoming related inquiries from customers or distributors.
  • Provide excellent service to ur valued customers or distributors.
  • Responsible in keeping good record and coordinating front counter services to be offered to customers or distributors (enquiries, complaints, sales order and etc)
  • Perform ad-hoc assignment as and when required.
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess minimum professional certificate and above in any field.
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Computer literate with keyboarding skills.
  • Possess good interpersonal, communication and customer servicing skills.
  • Experience in the MLM industry will be an added advantage.

Working hours : 10am - 7pm (Monday - Friday)
