Short Role Description

  1. Provide  high quality customer support experience for end user thru phone/email/chat, in order to increase lifetime value, and overall satisfaction with client’s hardware and digital content. 
  2. Focus on delivering on key results like customer satisfaction, first time resolution, efficiency and quality metrics.
  3. Provide strategic and consultative advise and help solve technical issues by working with a large number of businesses from your market.


  • Provide outstanding customer service to client’s users over phone, e-mail, and/or live chat regarding product selection, services and issues
  •  Focus on delivering on key results like customer satisfaction, first time resolution, efficiency and quality metrics.
  • Pro-actively develop innovative ideas to drive process, product and support improvements.

    Job Requirements


    • Candidate must possess minimum SPM qualifications with at least 1 year of call centre working experience.
    • Fresh Graduates with Diploma & Degree are encouraged to apply.
    •  Preferable 1 year in customer service/sales
    •  Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool is optional
    •  Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in Mandarin and English
