Account cum Admin Executive

Job Descriptions
  • Prepare accounts and tax returns

  • Administer payrolls and analyze accounts

  • Compile and present budgets, reports, business plan, financial statements, financial performance and commentaries.

  • Perform daily processing of financial transactions

  • Take meeting minutes and help to prepare meeting materials and facilities.

  • Handling confidential documentations / matters

  • Maintain and develop an efficient and systematic filing system for easy retrieval and safekeeping of important documents both physical and digital.

  • Ensure the smooth running of the company's overall administrative functions including arranging appointments and provide reminders whenever nceeded

  • Maintain master corporate calendar of all all-hands events, conferences, holidays and vacations

  • Prepare company correspondence (letters, emails, etc)

  • Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties when required.

Job Requirements
  • No working experience required.

  • Sufficient knowledge in using Microsoft Words, Excel and Power Point.

  • Good command of written English

  • SPM level and above

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for this position.

  • High proficiency in maths and accounting
