Job Descriptions
  • Re- Manage the sales administration & credit control function such as loan application, SPA signing and stamping, billings, issue letter & reminders, termination and loan documentation are carried out in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SPA in order to achieve timely billings and collection. 
  • Liaison with purchasers/ financiers/ solicitors as well as other department
  • Monitor and track sales processes to ensure that sales are closed 
  • Recording purchaser’s file and constant update purchaser information 
  • Generate weekly and monthly report to the management 
  • Ensuring timely payment by buyers to developers 
Job Requirements
  • Candidates must possess at least SPM or equivalent 
  • At least 2 years working experience in managing credit control functions in property development or banking industry or conveyancing matters in legal firm or related field 
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, a good team player and able to work in fast pace environment 
  • Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills, able to interact with all levels and demonstrate sound judgment as well as appropriate levels of sensitivity 
  • Full time position available
