Regional AR Manager
(Petaling Jaya, Selangor )
Job Descriptions

The Regional AR Manager is responsible for all aspects of the daily AR process of the S.E.A, Candidate would be expected to provide direction and mentorship, developing the team to be effective partners to our stakeholders.

  • Reports to the Regional Finance Manager overseeing the total AR process of S.E.A.
  • Identify best practices and lead in the process standardization of the AR function across the S.E.A.
  • Identify opportunity for continous improvement in department procedures / processes; implements changes as needed to improve the efficiency and productivity of the team.
  • Manage the team KPI's regarding cash collection and overdue.
  • Demonstrates executive leadership and the ability to appropriately govern both internal and external communication, maintaining an overall professional appreance and standard.
  • Exemplifies strict adherence to company policies and procedures, actively engaging when appropriate to ensure compliance is evolving with organisational needs and general business  progression.
  • Work closely with sales and customers service personnel pertaining to the credit control function, constantly review and improve the order release process to ensure and effective and efficient credit contrl process.
  • Liaise with Company's solicitors on legal matters pertaining to prompt recovery of delinquent accounts, maintain the legal files and update status accordinlgy.
  • Maintain good rapport with clients and resolve disputes with them professionally and efficently.
  • Responsible for the month end close of AR
  • Provide continual coaching and support to the S.E.A AR team.
  • Any other duties and responsiblities as assigned by the management.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma, Degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualification with three years or more experience in full AR/ Credit control function
  • Good experience with SAP is a must
  • Proven ability to produce accurat and timely reports
  • Excellent communcation skills, both witten and verbal
  • Willing to travel
