Customer Service Inbound/Outbound Call / Team Leader / Trainee Manager

- Speak to customers and communicate their issues to the management
- Reporting directly to Team leader / Team Manager
- Deliver a world class customer service to guest's by providing an efficient output of the reservation bookings and the smooth flow of operations
- Provide polite professional and accurate response
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues
- Posses positive attitude and passionate towards work
- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and interaction skills
- Exceed customer expectation in terms of customer service and provide accurate information
- Accountable for meeting individuals (KPI) and team targets
- Assist with the daily reservation processes, servicing guests needs and queries, provide alternative options to guests
- Up sell and recommend company's product and services
- Flexible to changes and has sense of urgency
- Good command of spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and/ or one other dialect
- Enthusiastic, self motivated and able to succeed in fast pace customer focus environment
- Successful candidates will be provided comprehensive customer service training that contains leadership, interpersonal and soft skills
- Full time and immediate positions available
- Posses own transportation will be an added advantage
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary /STPM/A Level/Pre-U in any field.
- Fresh graduates/ Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Able to speak good English.
