Job Descriptions
  • Prepare monthly invoices to merchants and verify the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents and records
  • Reconcile sales records with merchants monthly
  • Filing documents(hard copies and electronics) and perform general administrative tasks.
  • Answering incoming calls, taking messages, replying emails as required
  • Handle ad-hoc assignment from time to time
Job Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in any Business or Accounting related discipline
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Good computer skill
  • Able to speak and write Chinese
