Customer Service Officer
( Nationwide )
- To attend customer enquiries professionally through face to face.
- Investigate and solve customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems.
- Handling customer complaints or any incidents with high level of professionalism.
- Provide accurate data/information with details explanation to the customers.
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM or Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Preferably with minimum 5 year of working experience in related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Candidates that are looking for Permanent Job or Career will be Added Advantage.
- Possess a good command of English language (written & spoken). Other languages such as Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin will be an added advantage.
