工作范围Job Scope:
- billing and invoicing
-to perform data entry and scan documents
-to assist in resolving any administrative problems
-tO prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
-to
-Manage workflow by assigning tasks to other administrative employees daily, ensuring that deadlines are met and work is completed correctly

入职资格Job Qualification:
- proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a must
- fresh gradute
-Minimum 1years above working experience in related field
-Good Mandarin/English/Malay and computer skills.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
-good research skills and attention to detail
-good communication in english chinese
