Responsible in establishing and implementing short- and long-range organizational goals, objectives, strategic plans, policies and operating procedures.
Facilitate and provide guidance to management teams in HR matters, directing staff on HR functions, including recruitment, compensation, benefits, training and employee relations, and developing, interpreting and implementing policies and procedures according to federal and state laws and regulations.
Responsible for developing and implementing a company’s human resources business plan, establishing accountability, identifying solutions to resolve problems and fostering a diverse workplace that enables all employees to contribute to the organization at their full potential.
Control of the norms, requirements, labour and fire safety regulations
Handle grievances and manage hiring practices, including recruiting and selection as well as be responsible for directing the development of training of employees through subordinate departmental managers.
Prepare HR documents for instance employment contracts and new hire guides.
Control of employees’ activities, and regulate conflicting situating and contradictions in the team.
Administrative activities and maintenance of the office.
Execution of individual business assignment.
Should possess a Degree in Human Resources or its equivalent
At least 5 years’ relevant experience
Proven working experience as HR Director
People oriented and results driven
Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
Is an excellent communicator with exceptional organizational, problem-solving and people management skills
Can write, speak and understand the English language
