Responsibilities:

  • Managing day to day operation (various hotels)
  • Liaise with operation team in daily basis 
  • Ensuring clear communication with hotel partners 
  • Improving onboarding & distribution processes to reduce sign-to-live timing
  • Solving all operation related matters
Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Analytical & have problem solving attitude
  • Must have experience in managing inventory on OTAs such as Booking, Expedia, Agoda & Traveloka and on hotel systems like channel managers and PMS
  • Open to take on responsibility and work under pressure
  • Detail driven and meticulous
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • At least 3 years experience in hotel operation
