Accounts Assistant

Job Descriptions
  • Perform daily administrative tasks such as data entry, checking and ensure proper filing
  • Accounts data entry for accounts receivable and general ledger
  • To update payments received from customers as per receipts confirmed in the monthly bank statements into the accounting system
  • Preparation of timely reports towards management
  • Undertake any other tasks assigned by superior from time to time


Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM qualification with minimum 4 credits
  • No work experience required but prior experience in basic or general accounting will be an advantage
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Required skill(s): Computer literate, Accounting knowledge
  • Pleasant personality with positive attitude, enthusiastic, committed and willing to learn
  • Full-Time position(s) available
