ACCOUNT ASSISTANT
(SUBANG JAYA, Selangor )
Job Descriptions

-          Able to handle Petty Cash, Daily Sales, Cash Book

-          Compiling documents and performing daily account data entries

-          Perform bank reconciliation

-          Perform supplier reconciliation

-          Assisting in monitoring expenses and preparing payments

-          Monitor daily sales and collections

-          Assisting account manager on monthly closing of accounts

-          Maintain and keep a proper filing of all documents

-          Any other ad-hoc related tasks within the company as assigned by the management

Job Requirements

-          Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance or any equivalent.

-          Preferable 1-2 year(s) working experience in the related field but fresh grads are welcomed to apply as well

-          Able to work from 11am-8pm/9am-6pm

-          Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia

-          Strong interpersonal and communications skills

-          Computer literate with Microsoft Office applications, especially in Excel

-          Able to work in a fast paced environment

-          Applications must be willing to work in SS15 SUBANG JAYA
