We are looking for entrepreneurial, creative and analytical Content Manager who will scope, manage and execute content development across photography, video and copy by leveraging internal and external partners/resources.
You will own the production of a large number of assets each year across multiple marketing channels, as well as continued optimization of the content lifecycle. You will be responsible for inventing new content production capabilities as we experiment with new business models and improve customer experience. You will lead special projects that redefine how we leverage content to present brands and products to customers in online and offline channels, and ultimately create innovative trading experiences for businesses.
Success in this role requires seeing the big picture, defining ambitious plans and goals, building programs and processes to scale, and then rolling up your sleeves and executing in a rapidly changing environment even in the face of roadblocks. The candidate must be an independent, creative problem-solver with a great “voice” and content creation chops (i.e. strong writing skills), and be able to lead multiple projects simultaneously. The candidate must also have proven data analysis skills and success increasing customer adoption, awareness and discovery of new products in a crowded environment; as well as be a passionate advocate for customers, their onsite experience, and their ongoing interaction with Dropee.

The ideal candidate will have previous marketing or retail experience, brand or product marketing experience, and experience in the private label environment. He or she will have a high visual and editorial bar and an interest in design; and will be comfortable thinking big and delivering results in very tight timelines.
