Job Descriptions

Reports to: Project Manager

Position Purpose:

  • Primary Responsibility is the efficient operation, planning, supervision and performance of all assigned Projects, WSH Operation, Administration and Safety operation as part of the assigned Project Team.
  • Maintain the PSE Reputation as a superior performer and foster strong customer relationships and be responsible to all customer requirements.


  • Project operation, planning, administration, control for assigned project operation and project team;
  • Co-chair safety meeting and to enforce safety rules and regulations;
  • Liaise with Client’s Representative and to ensure all problems and requirements of Client is being attended;
  • Study and review the tender documents, which include specifications, drawings, commercial requirements and technical requirements;
  • Attend site visits and clarification meetings with the Client;
  • Compilation of quotations, comparison of quotes, review of prices, selection of competitive prices and summarizing subcontractors, materials and equipment;
  • Estimation of indirect costs;
  • Work out the quantities for variations and progress claims;
  • Prepare the post-contract transfer of documents.
Job Requirements

1.        Diploma/Degree in civil/structural or engineering related discipline.

2.        At least 2 years related experience in building and construction industry.

3.        Good financial, administration and supervisory skills.

4.        Exposure to commercial/contracting background within an engineering or construction                          environment.

5.        Good oral and written negotiation and communication skills.

6.        Understanding of QA and QC requirements and procedures.

7.        Have competency in Safety Operation, Work at Height, Risk Management.

8.        Strong PC literacy - Words/Excel/Project

9.       Able to start work immediately or in 2 weeks time
