Guest Service Supervisor
(Kuala Lumpur, Nationwide )
- Supervise daily shift process ensuring all team members adhere to SOP.
- Supervise the operations of the front desk and Cafe to ensure and optimal level of service and hospitality is provided to the guests.
- Fully responsible for Front Office & Cafe in absence of Executive Asst. Manager.
- Work closely with Executive Asst. Manager to plan and assign workloads for front office staffs.
- Supervise front office team members in their assigned job duties and punctuality.
- Cross check all billing instructions are correctly updated.
- Forefront of customer services.
- Greet guests as they arrive and bids them farewell as they leave.
- To ensure all guest's satisfaction are met over the facilities and meal experience by providing efficient and excellent quality service.
- Answer telephone calls from guests.
- Handle guest complaints professionally.
- Assist and be on duty as and when required.
- Ensure excellent service and prompt attention with all customers.
- Taking customers order.
- Serve food and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness of workplace.
- Performs any duties when required from time to time as assigned by Manager.
- Responsible for the smooth operation of F&B section and to enforce highest service quality standard and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 years’ work experience is required.
