Labo Labo F&B Bdn Bhd is a food & beverage company based in Sungai Petani Kedah currently operating multiple brands of restaurant in North of Peninsular Malaysia.

 

Purpose:The Food and Beverage Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for the ideation of signature marketing campaigns to address prioritized need periods from strategy to execution. This position is responsible for coordinating the execution of all approved marketing campaigns, and working collaboratively with the F&B outlets at all level, to ensure successful execution across each outlet and all digital platforms. The Food & Beverage Sales & Marketing Manager will be the originator of successful campaigns and promotions for Performance Hospitality’s signature restaurants. These promotions and campaigns will be based on current trends occurring nationally in the restaurant industry as well as local markets.

 


Essential Functions:

  • Planning, management and execution of all F&B marketing. Work across functions including F&B Operations, Marketing, Social Media, Brand, and be the front face for F&B marketing initiatives.
  • Manage external vendor relationships, platforms and channels including digital, social, media and identifying relevant partners for events.
  • Marketing/Social Media: Participates in the development of the general F&B Marketing strategy and the yearly F&B Marketing plan in conjunction with the annual budget process and the financial goals of the company.
  • Creates regular proposals to adjust the overall Marketing Strategy month by month. Responsible for field marketing of the F&B outlets to drive brand awareness through on-site, face to face interaction with local businesses consumers and community.
  • Foster relationships and brand awareness through distribution of collateral and information to drive traffic and sales.
  • Create and implement effective schedules of Food and Beverage marketing activities. Drive awareness of marketing best practices and creative toolkits to the property level partners. Manage appropriate F&B social and electronic channels and content for F&B Outlets.
  • Communication, Reporting and Analytics: Coordinates all F&B promotions with the outlet teams across the portfolio to ensure proper implementation in a timely manner.
  • Communicates all F&B marketing promotions in a timely and professional manner to the Restaurant and other Stakeholders by establishing weekly meetings and is responsible for their recording and distribution. Evaluate ROI of F&B marketing promotions and produce monthly reports.
  • Maintaining Relevance in the Marketplace: Monitor & regularly report on adoptable F&B industry trends, changes in consumer dining behavior. Understand the competitive marketplace and implement approaches to ensure the restaurant/hotel stays competitive in the local market.
  • Customer Relations: Maintains a proper Customer data base and co-ordinates the creation and execution of any electronic advertising.
  • Acts as a Customer Relation Officer and spends time with Customers / Members to establish local business relationships. Establishes Client satisfaction surveys and reports results to the F&B Managers and other stakeholders across the portfolio.
  • Business Development: Grow F&B sales by creating compelling experiences at restaurants and outside via a relevant strategy.
  • Contribute to the selling strategy of the restaurant to increase outlet visibility in the marketplace. Evaluate strategic product partnerships when applicable.
  • Supervise the functions of all Food and Beverage Marketing activities, promotions, sales, social media and customer acquisition to ensure that department profits are maximized.
  • Investment Optimization: Actively involved in finding the best vendor solutions to optimize the Company’s profits for each project.
  • Work Target: Work in tight KPI to achieve company's goals.

 

Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree or equivalent. Must have previous experience working in the Hotel / Hospitality Industry/ Restaurant. Must have a minimum of two to three (2-3) years’ experience with the ability to travel 50% of the time.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
