Customer Service Executive

Job Descriptions
  • Assist in coordinate quoting for service repairs, recommending parts, and follow up orders.
  • Input and create all jobs in the SAP system and generate and issues service orders.
  • Coordinate monthly compilation of statistical data
  • Provide back end support for the team.
Job Requirements
  • Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration or other related field.
  • Min 2 years of working experiences in related field.
  • Competent in computer literacy
  • Familiar with SAP and CRM will be an added advantage
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must be able to communicate in Mandarin
  • Preferred female candidate
