Job Descriptions


  • Ensure the month end financial closing for all companies complete within the dateline advice by the superior
  • Review the Financial statement of all the companies to ensure all entries been capture accurately.
  • Monitor the AR and AP ageing on the monthly basis to ensure it been update accurately within the ageing days.
  • Review bank reconciliation to ensure it is tally with the balance sheet and bank statement.
  • Prepare management meeting report, cash flow and AR report for the group.
  • Ensure the audit and tax submission within the stipulated time.
  • Liaise with external parties such as auditor, tax agent and bankers on any other enquiry.
  • Assist with IRB audit and enquiry regarding financial information.
  • Perform any ad hoc task given by superior as and when required.
Job Requirements


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or professional qualification from a recognised Accountancy body.
  • At least 4 years of relevant working experience in related field.
  • Good business acumen and strong financial knowledge.
  • Independently with strong communication skill.
  • Able to work in fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
