Job Descriptions

Job Scope:

  • To assist in day to day liaison with resellers and clients.
  • To assist in looking for new reseller, initiating new reseller, and managing stock replenishment for resellers
  • To assist in managing our retail showcase
  • To assist in preparing marketing materials, proposal and etc.
  • To be the main contact point between finance and external parties for invoicing, billing, stock replenish etc
  • To assist in managing day to day activities and provide general administrative support.
  • To handle general office administrative work such as upkeep of office equipment, photocopy machine, and maintain proper manual filing of all resellers.
  • To assist in managing calendars, making travel, meeting & event arrangement

 

    Job Requirements

    Requirement:

    • Must possess at least Degree in Marketing or Business Adminstrative course
    • 21 years old or above
    • Possess own transportation
    • Able to work under pressure
    • Possess great interpersonal skills and manage to communicate with all level of staff and management
    • Must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya
