Sales Director, Technology Solutions
(Kuala Lumpur, Kul. Lumpur )
- Lead and support a team of managers by setting overall strategy, account planning and deal execution to achieve results
- Recruit, develop, and retain a high performing Technology Solutions sales organization
- Consistent and strong B2B software solutions in direct sales management experience of 5+ years
- Drive a measured and managed sales process that ensures goal attainment and also seeks to improve overall team productivity
- Facilitate and motivate team to do pipeline generation and quarterly / annual goal attainment.
- Leverage organizational best practices and inspire team to utilise the organisation’s assets
- Demonstrate strong proven track record in solution-selling with specific examples of business case value.
- Use strategic selling methods for large accounts
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and demonstrated success in enterprise and direct B2B sales management
- Proven leader in managing high growth businesses, developing sales teams and leading through continuous levels of improved excellence and impact.
- Proven track record as an individual sales contributor, exceeding personal and team sales quota for more than 5 consecutive years
- Experience direct selling, managed services, office solutions, B2B, enterprise applications.
- Excellent presentation and listening skills.
- 5+ years’ experience of managing high-performing technology sales teams
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) and other sales enablement tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, requiring superior skills in critical thinking, influencing, and managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines
