Junior Customer Service Executive

Job Descriptions

Responsibilities:

  • Speak to customers and communicate their issues to the management
  • Manage accounts and provide a summary to your supervisor at the end of the day
  • Manage junior employees and delegate workload to them
  • Data entry and other administrative tasks assigned to you
Job Requirements

Requirements: 

  • Malaysian Citizen only
  • At least  SPM qualification
  • Diploma / Degree fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
  • Must fluent in English
  • Minimum 1 years experience
  • Possess own transportation
  • Willing to work under shift working hours
  • Age between 20 - 30 years old
