Responsibility

  • Provide customer chat support ,regarding product and relevant information
  • Clarifying customer complaint and determining the cause of problem
  • Investigate and analysis on member detail
  • Compile a daily activity report
Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum secondary level
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed
  • 18-28 years old
  • Know Mandarin
  • Experience working in customer service industry is advantageous ,but not essential
  • Willing to work shift hour
  • Chinese typing speed moderate
